Job Responsibilities Assist in the compilation of Corporate Banking\'s business and financial reports for monthly meeting Ensure monthly/ weekly reports are submitted according to the timeline given Prepare Consent Letters/ Letter of Release of Titles/ Any ad-hoc letters that are not under CLO\'s purview Assisting Relationship Managers (RMs) in following up on documentation with WLOC until line implemented (when required) Liaison with Business Finance on GRM/FRM tracking, cross-border relationship, pipeline & projections Tracking and monitoring of AA overdue and AA due for the month Ensure RMs use the latest format/ template, documents are complete and properly arrange for AA/ review submission Coordinate/ engage with BANCA team for fire insurance arrangement for collaterals/ properties that are charged to the Bank Attending customers/ internal/ solicitor queries on ad-hoc basis Update & compile the BURSA/ BM refer/ Pipeline listing Job Requirements Degree in Business Administration/ Accounting & Finance, or comparable professional qualifications At least 1-2 years of credit support/ branch operation experience.
