Position Summary
This role focuses on B2C marketing to attract and retain healthcare consumers, promote the hospital's services, and contribute to the overall success of Avisena Healthcare by creating a positive and lasting impression.
The candidate will contribute to unit, departmental, and group objectives while effectively communicating with the team to ensure the latest information is shared among members. This role is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies for Avisena Healthcare, serving as the brand custodian, and ensuring successful implementation of brand guidelines to strengthen brand presence in the healthcare industry.
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Internal Communications
Facilitate effective communication within the organization.
Promote information sharing among employees to foster unity and understanding of key developments.
Coordinate with cross-functional services or departments in managing International Patient (Health Tourism) treatment flows within hospital facilities.
2. Content Creation & Management
Implement digital marketing strategies to enhance the hospital's online presence.
Manage social media platforms, physical promotional campaigns, and online advertising to drive consumer engagement.
Create compelling content for website, social media, and promotional materials.
Ensure message consistency across all communication platforms.
Align content with brand guidelines and targeted audience needs.
Develop educational materials and campaigns for community healthcare awareness, including preventive measures and wellness programs (CSR initiatives).
Track media coverage and sentiment to understand public perception.
Manage paid advertising campaigns based on targeted audience segmentation.
3. Event Support
Support consumer-focused events and activities locally and internationally.
Coordinate the hospital's participation in events, health fairs, and community initiatives to enhance brand visibility among community and corporate clients.
Collaborate with Branding & Event and PR teams to deliver seamless and engaging consumer experiences.
4. Market Research
Assist in identifying opportunities for product/service improvement and effective marketing strategies.
Support market research activities to understand consumer needs, preferences, and trends before executing promotions or campaigns.
5. Monitoring & Analysis
Use data analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of communication and marketing strategies.
Prepare regular report inputs on marketing performance and provide data-driven recommendations.
