Min possess Degree / Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
Those have at least 1 year of HR operations experience, familiar with the Employment Act and HR practices will be preferable.
Positive attitude, pleasant and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Detail-oriented, with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Passionate in HR and able to work independently.

Responsible for HR operations including on-boarding, off-boarding, preparing of employment contracts, benefits enrollment, staff movement, leave management, HR reporting and etc
Update and maintain accurate records in all HR systems and files
Provide support to the HR Team to ensure smooth operations within the team and inter-department
Ensure the standardization of HR operations practices cross departments
