About the Department

The Global Market function leverages our in-depth knowledge of markets to provide timely financial advice, products and solutions to our clients. Together with our segment managers, we manage our clients\' investment, liability and risk management needs through a comprehensive suite of treasury products and services across multiple asset classes.

Job Responsibilities

• Product Documentation & Procedure

• To ensure Product Program is properly done, documented and reviewed on timely manner (either Periodic or Ad-Hoc). All stakeholders\' requirement materials to be reviewed and follow-up the finalization in the areas of Risks, Finance, Business Evaluation, Legal, Compliance etc.
• Prepare all GM product program materials for approval - CPPC, GPPC, BOD, BNM.
• Joint Set-Up PPC Meeting with ORM and hold the role of Secretary and Presenter of GM Products / Business matter.
• To assist on audit point and process review.

• KAC & Credit Management Control

• To perform daily KYC screening and periodic AMLA review for approved credit issuers
• Perform controls and reporting activities required for approved issuers created under CTO 100.
• Work with GM front office to support all related credit/limit and credit analysis matter.

Job Requirements

• Possess at least with a Bachelor\'s Degree in any field
• Ability to work independently and to deliver outcome of consistent good quality within stipulated timeline in a dynamic environment.
• Strong skills in spreadsheets and business intelligence tools is an advantage.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
