Job Summary




To assist in running of all Business As Usual functions for all relevant Structured Notes products settlement, exceptions processing, Management Information System reporting, control & risk mitigation and project deliveries if required.

Client Management
Liaise with team members from support function on client query handling if required. Understands customers' requirements and able to instil a customer-centric culture in the team.




Business & Processes



Transaction Processing Activitie
Understands the various product booking models & able to perform end-to-end trade processing activities for all Structured Products. Assist the team in Transaction Processing systems to ensure contract notes has been issued in accordance with country regulatory requirement daily. Target to ensure minimal processing errors that's leads to operations losses, near misses and regulatory / client impacts.



People & Talent



Work Management
Prioritizes and schedule dept. workload accordingly to meet volume peaks & troughs. Communicates own work plan issues and escalates potential "Bottlenecks' to Line Managers.



Risk Management



Control & Risk Mitigation
Adheres to laid out processes and procedures of the bank while completing process actions. Prompt and early escalation of risk issues to Line Managers. Identify errors and omissions resulting from routine process actions and ensure regular updating of process procedures (Operation Instruction Manual).
