We are looking for a passionate, proactive, and dedicated individual to join our team as a Senior Officer, Organizational Development (OD).

As part of the Organizational Development Department, you will play a crucial role in supporting organizational capacity building, change management, and long-term strategy development.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and implement organizational development initiatives, including training, performance management, and leadership development. Support the development of comprehensive and sustainable policies and work systems. Contribute to strategic projects such as organizational performance monitoring. Facilitate internal learning sessions and professional development programmes. Collaborate with various departments to coordinate and implement organizational development strategies.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Business Admin, Organizational Development, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years' experience in organizational development, project management / coordination. Strong communication and presentation skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to work independently and in teams with a proactive leadership attitude.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
