Retail function provides Personal and Business Banking customers with financial solutions tailored to their needs. We help them manage their money wisely and meet their financial goals through an extensive range of products and services. These include deposit, insurance, secured and unsecured loans, investment and wealth advisory services. Personal Financial Services We design and provide products and services that empower our customers to enjoy greater banking convenience while they extract more value from their money. In particular, we are focused on promoting and developing healthy saving and investment practices across generations. Job Responsibilities Acquire customers and promote deposit products. Manage and build long term relationship with customers while building active sales pipeline. Perform marketing call on monthly basis and generate cross-selling / cross-referral. Provide segment strategies support via strategic alliances and marketing integration. In charge of client acquisition through partner bases Involve in segmentation value proposition creation and distribution strategy. Integrate campaigns Integration to Sales Activities Partner co-marketing sponsorship for internal sales activities. Develop and implement marketing communication strategies Track and report on all campaign launches. Identify leads to be pumped into Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) for cross selling. Monitor CRM leads closure and reporting. Work closely with Personal Bankers and Relationship Managers on monthly on-boarding events at branches. Job Requirements At least a Bachelor\'s Degree in any field. Willing to travel (as when required). Minimum 1yearof working experience in sales and services in anyrelated field. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Proactive, a team player and able to work independently. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
