Job Description

Responsibility

Lead, manage and inspire the sales team to drive integrated marketing strategies and processes to ensure sales target and objective are achieved. To work toward building the overall strength and performance of the sales team and the Company as a whole, regular monitoring and review of the sales performance is vital. Manage company social media accounts responding any replies or posts over social media platform such as Instagram, TikTok, Shopee and etc. Responsible for overall digital strategy and e-commerce sales, marketing activities, product advertising, increase brand awareness via online. To identify market nee and to be knowledgeable on seasonal influences or events that may affect the productivity. Guiding and coaching sales team to achieve sales target. Oversees and evaluates market research and adjusts marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions. Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential associates; discovering and exploring opportunities. Reviews and analyses sales performance against programmers, quotes and plans to determine effectiveness. Responsible for the company's online marketing and sales contents. Analyze the data from Sales and Marketing. Plan and lead for online activities and webinar; Grow and increase social presences for the brand on various platforms. Create interactive profiles & contents, manage regular posts and respond to followers in various Social Media platforms. Managing and working across multiple projects to reach assigned deadlines.

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree / Post Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree in Marketing or equivalent At least

1 year(s)

of working experience in the related field is required for this position Highly analytical, ability to multi-task and with strong organization and leadership skills. Ability to write compelling content for various communications channels. Possess high level of independence, integrity, self-motivation and result oriented Able to work overtime when required. Good communications and interpersonal skills Dynamic personality, flexible, creative and ability to think outside the box Proactive, independent, good problem-solving and communication Familiar with the operation of all Social Medias Pleasant personality and positive working attitude. Outspoken, confident, performance driven and result oriented. Have own transport. Preferred to

Malaysian only.
