We are looking for a dynamic and creative Senior Sales & Marketing Executive to lead our team and drive our brand growth.

Job Responsibilities

Lead and Inspire :

Motivate, guide, and strengthen a young, energetic sales team to achieve ambitious targets.

Strategies Like a Pro :

Plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing strategies to boost brand presence and revenue.

Be the Voice Online :

Manage TikTok, Instagram, Shopee, and other social platforms -- engage followers, respond promptly, and maintain an active online presence.

Own Digital Growth :

Drive e-commerce performance, online marketing campaigns, product ads, and overall brand visibility.

Spot Opportunities :

Analyze trends, seasonal demand, and market shifts to stay ahead of competitors.

Coach to Win :

Train and develop the team to enhance performance and build a strong sales force.

Analyze and Improve:

Review campaign data, sales performance, and customer behavior to refine strategies.

Create Impactful Content :

Craft compelling posts, interactive profiles, and digital stories that convert audiences.

Run High-Value Activities :

Lead online events, webinars, and creative marketing projects to strengthen customer engagement.

Project Management :

Manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines efficiently.

Requirements

Degree in Marketing or related field 2-3 years sales/marketing experience Strong leadership and communication skills Creative, analytical and results-driven Skilled in social media operations Independent and able to work under pressure Own transport Malaysians only
