Job Summary:
The Senior Operation Manager / Operation Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall business operations, including service, warehouse, logistics, and administrative functions, to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and customer satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and cross-functional coordination to support the company's growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
Operational Management
Lead and manage day-to-day operations across service, warehouse, and logistics functions.
Develop and implement operational policies, SOPs, and performance standards.
Monitor KPIs to ensure efficiency, cost control, and compliance with company objectives.
Coordinate closely with sales, after-sales, and finance departments to ensure smooth operations.
Drive process improvements and digitalization initiatives to enhance efficiency.
Service & After-Sales Support
Oversee after-sales service operations to ensure timely response, high service quality, and customer satisfaction.
Manage workforce allocation, scheduling, and training of service engineers and technicians.
Review customer feedback and implement corrective action plans for service improvement.
Monitor warranty claims, spare parts usage, and service cost control.
Warehouse & Supply Chain
Supervise warehouse operations, inventory management, and stock accuracy.
Coordinate with procurement, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure timely availability of spare parts and equipment.
Ensure compliance with safety and audit requirements in warehouse operations.
Optimize warehouse space utilization and cost efficiency.
Leadership & People Management
Lead, coach, and develop operational teams to achieve performance excellence.
Conduct regular performance reviews and implement training/development programs.
Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Ensure effective communication across departments and with management.
Financial & Strategic Planning
Prepare and manage operational budgets, cost control measures, and resource allocation.
Support management in strategic planning, business expansion, and project execution.
Provide operational reports, conduct data analysis, and transform data into visualized reports (charts, dashboards, presentations) to support top management decision-making.
Ensure compliance with local regulations, legal requirements, and corporate governance.

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred for Senior level).
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role (service, machinery, automotive, or heavy equipment industry preferred).
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent analytical and strategic planning capabilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), with ability to conduct in-depth data analysis and present findings through visualized reports.
Strong ability to manage cross-functional teams and multiple priorities.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an advantage).
