Job Overview:

The Junior Web3 Operations Executive to join our team in driving growth within the Web3 and cryptocurrency space. This role mainly provide support on operational tasks such as coordinating activities, assisting in campaigns, and maintaining community engagement. It is a hands-on position suitable for individuals who are passionate about Web3 and keen to grow their career in this field.

Key Responsibilities:

Support day-to-day operations, including assisting in planning and coordinating activities, helping with campaign execution, engaging with online communities, and providing administrative support for ongoing initiatives. Assist in managing online communities (Discord, Telegram, X) to drive engagement. Prepare and publish bilingual content, announcements, and updates. Liaise with internal teams and external partners for smooth execution of initiatives. Support senior team members in deal negotiations and partnership execution Create regular reports on business development activities and outcomes

Required Qualifications:

Fluent in Mandarin & English (spoken & written). We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field 2-3 years of related experience Good communication skills and customer relationship mindset Demonstrated interest in blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and Web3 Willing to work on weekends/after working hours when required for company activities or events.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
