JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for the performance optimisation of critical infrastructure such as chiller plant and power distribution units.
• Ensure data center uptime and availability whereby the data center operates at peak efficiency and is always available to users.
• Develop and implement robust incident and change management processes. Respond to and resolve critical incidents in a timely manner, minimizing impact and ensuring high availability of services.
• Responsible for budgeting and cost management, including identifying opportunities for cost savings and optimization without compromising service quality.
• Ensure the data center complies with all relevant regulations and standards, including those related to data security, privacy, and environmental sustainability.
• Develop and implement a disaster recovery and business continuity plan to ensure that the data center can continue to operate in the event of an outage or other disaster.

• Bachelor\'s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering/building services/facilities management or equivalent. Master\'s degree is a plus.
• Extensive knowledge in mechanical, electrical and fire protection system.
• Proven 10 to 15 years of experience in data center operations and critical infrastructure system, with a focus on mission-critical environments.
• Excellent in problem solving and root cause analysis.
• Exceptional customer experience and leadership skills.
• Other Added Advantage : Center Professional (CDCP), Certified Data Centre Management Professional (CDCMP), or similar, are highly desirable.
