Responsible for the performance optimisation of critical infrastructure such as chiller plant and power distribution units.
Ensure data center uptime and availability whereby the data center operates at peak efficiency and is always available to users.
Develop and implement robust incident and change management processes. Respond to and resolve critical incidents in a timely manner, minimizing impact and ensuring high availability of services.
Responsible for budgeting and cost management, including identifying opportunities for cost savings and optimization without compromising service quality.
Ensure the data center complies with all relevant regulations and standards, including those related to data security, privacy, and environmental sustainability.
Develop and implement a disaster recovery and business continuity plan to ensure that the data center can continue to operate in the event of an outage or other disaster.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor\'s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering/building services/facilities management or equivalent. Master\'s degree is a plus.
Extensive knowledge in mechanical, electrical and fire protection system.
Proven 10 to 15 years of experience in data center operations and critical infrastructure system, with a focus on mission-critical environments.
Excellent in problem solving and root cause analysis.
Exceptional customer experience and leadership skills.
Other Added Advantage : Center Professional (CDCP), Certified Data Centre Management Professional (CDCMP), or similar, are highly desirable.
