Job Responsibilities
- Lead the operations team in managing service operations, including security, carpark, and maintenance of the shopping mall.
- Oversee and manage daily mall operations to ensure smooth functionality and a high standard of service.
- Plan and implement maintenance programs to ensure reliability and efficiency of all facilities.
- Manage annual operation budgets, contracts, and service vendors effectively.
- Conduct energy conservation and sustainability initiatives to reduce operating costs.
- Monitor BAS systems and apply data insights to improve performance and minimize downtime.
- Coordinate tenant fit-out works and asset enhancement projects.
- Maintain positive relationships with tenants, contractors, and service providers.
- Ensure all facilities and equipment are kept in excellent condition at all times.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Building Services, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in mall, property, or facilities operations management.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Solid understanding of building systems, M&E, and BAS operations.
- Proven experience managing budgets, contracts, and service performance.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
