JOB SCOPERole: Senior Oracle Application DeveloperThe position of Developer Sr (Senior Oracle Applications Developer) is responsible for the Governance and standards of the Oracle E-Business Suite platform. You will also work with Enterprise architecture and Developers to identify changes to existing standards or extend the standards when needed (Continuous Improvement)You will be part of a learning culture, where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged, diversity is respected and valued.Responsibilities:

• Participate in the design and planning of technology deliverables in collaboration with external partners, other IT, and business users
• Recommend on software development best practice approaches
• Design, develop proof of concepts, solutions as required
• Developing software solutions in relation to specific business problems.
• Ensures that system improvements are successfully implemented. This includes software package solutions like ERP, CRM, Share-point, Data Warehouse, and others.
• Support ongoing continuous improvement initiatives to improve software products, services and process

Qualification:

• Minimum Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent
• Comes with work experience that provides knowledge and exposure to fundamental theories, principles of IT concepts.

Technical Competence & Skills

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience total using variety of Oracle development tools such as PL/SQL, BI Publisher, Oracle Application Framework, Oracle Forms and Oracle Reports.
• Minimum of 5+ years of software implementation experience supporting large scale Oracle ERP environments (Oracle E-Business Suite R12.x)
• Minimum of 5+ years as a Developer and/or Development.
• Hands-on experience with the key elements of the SDLC (Requirements, design, implementation, integration testing, deployment, and post-production support)
• Good interpersonal skills and people skills
• Critical thinking and analytical skills
• Think outside the box attitude

Others (% of travel, language, etc.):

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
