Job Description

Position Name: Senior/Paid Ads Specialist



Our client is a leading digital marketing agency in Singapore, and Miri, Sarawak, specialized in providing services related to media planning, buying, and advertising. Currently, they are looking for a Senior/Paid Ads Specialist for planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, and further recommending paid ads channels and paid social ads.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop, implement, and supervise effective paid advertising strategies to drive targeted traffic, lead generation, and conversions. Lead strategic planning for clients' brands to develop highly impactful advertising campaigns and comprehensive media plans. Analyze complex campaign performance data using various analytical tools and generate comprehensive reports with actionable insights and strategic recommendations. Lead campaign performance reviews and conduct high-impact presentations during client meetings. Mentor junior team members while collaborating with the client servicing and creative team to ensure precise campaign execution and that all KPIs are met. Partner with the Digital Marketing Manager on strategic initiatives and campaign direction. Monitor the clients' competitive landscape and proactively develop innovative strategies to help our clients maintain market leadership in their industries. Spearhead the adoption of emerging trends, best practices, and platform updates in the paid advertising industry.

Key Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field. Extensive experience in managing successful paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, with at least 2 years of proven expertise. Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience with Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Google Ads, Paid Search, Performance Marketing, Pay-Per-Click (PPC). Demonstrated experience in budget management and optimization for high-value client accounts. Prior experience as Ad Ops/Ad Operations Specialist, Media Buyer/Media Buy Specialist, and Programmatic Specialist is highly preferred. Expert proficiency in MS Office and Google suite e.g. Excel Sheets, Word Documents & PowerPoint Presentations. Required Skill(s): Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Google Ads, Paid Search, Performance Marketing, Pay-Per-Click (PPC), Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, campaign budget management, team leadership. Experience in training and mentoring junior staff members is a bonus
