Job Responsibilities Develop digital and online marketing strategies by leveraging partnership rights and assets to promote the business brand, products, and services align with the organization\'s business goals Work with performance marketing for online & digital activation and promotion campaigns Responsible of Partnership Content and Digital promotion plan, Create and Draft Partnership content Manage and execute campaigns across various digital channels, including social media, search engines, display advertising, etc Manage and Conduct Players\' Apprearance content creation. Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) Manage and Out reach KOLs. Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities and improve campaign performance Push the business to adopt better content creation practices through frequent testing of new content formats and distribution channels, including championing the increased use of data visualization. Identify and use target keywords optimization for search engine (SEO) and expansion on the site while remaining entertaining and informative. Manage All Man Utd. and future partnerships\' relevant post on company web, blog, social, etc. Come up with content marketing and publishing strategies on how to promote content including media buy strategies if necessary. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including video production, content, and web development, to produce engaging content and optimize user experience Job Requirements Bachelor\'s Degree in Marketing/Design communication /Journalism or relevant disciplines. Minimum 3+ years experience in an advertising agency or an in-house creative team. Familiar with Football Content and Digital Marketing experience is must. AI Content draft experience is plus. Work experience in Digital marketing is a plus /Preferably bilingual (English & Mandarin)
