KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure all site staff are paid on time, correctly, in full and in compliance with all legal and country tax requirements. Manage ad hoc or one-off payments. Set up all new employees for payroll purposes. Ensures all payroll delivery timelines and expectations are met.
• Management of payroll relationship with Regional HR, HR Service Centre and 3rd party payroll service provider.
• Ensuring payroll compliance with Statutory/SOX and Company legislation/policy.
• Manage completeness and accuracy of payroll data, prepare payroll reports, payroll related information for analysis and matrices.
• Return of all country level Payroll related tax and statutory returns, external reports.
• Develop, maintain and communicate Payroll policies and controls, including SOX 404 compliance.
• Projects: Involvement in projects as required. In particular, but not limited to implementation of payroll applications, insourcing of payroll functions, setup of payroll CoE, integration of ASEAN/ APAC country level payroll function to CoE, continuous improvement projects.
• Involve in setup of new payroll applications for respective country payroll including planning, pre and post implementation, integration, training and sustainability activities.
• Business Partnering: Work collaboratively with stakeholders and all employees to develop a real and active partnership between HR/Payroll/Finance and the Business
• Expatriate payroll processing, adherence to Revenue requirements, tax returns, and hypo taxes.
• Lead for Internal/External audit on Payroll function.
• To establish and support a work environment of continuous improvement that supports BSC\xe2\x80\x99s Quality Policy, Quality System and the appropriate regulations for the area.
• Added advantage for candidate with APAC / ASEAN regional payroll experience.
