Our operations team continuously drives reductions in our supply costs, and improvements in our quality and delivery performance ensuring our products are delivered on time to our customers with the highest standards.

About the role

FCT break down, request supplier support.

FCT Spare Part management, Manage the budget OPEX.

CR Changes , Manage the CR changes and implementation.

New machine qualification (change existing machine/uplift capacity), Machine spec & capability review, sample results, machine buyoff/commissioning, approval for EMS to use the machine in production.

NRE for uplift , Capex creation, review equipment quantity.

PCBA Equipment/Process Improvement CT improvement, manpower reduction, etc.

Process documents (PFMEA, process flow, etc).

New/Dual source component compatibility to equipment & process , Study the equipment & process capability, advice RDD

New drawing requirement compatibility to existing equipment & process, Study the equipment & process capability, advice RDD , Study the equipment & process compatibility, advice RDD.

PCBA retrofit.

Cost saving ( MTM ).

PCBA process improvement.

About you

At least Bachelor\'s Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Communications, Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering.

Must have strong willingness to learn new things and challenge the existing production test method

Ability to work independently with minimum supervision .

Market return issue Study the issue in aspect of equipment & process, advice RDD

The person has to hold a valid driving license and possesses own transport.

To carry out jobs complying to Code of Ethics

Holding valid travel document and not banned from leaving the country.

Able to travel to overseas in short notice.

Good in writing and well-spoken English
