Job Description


Title: Senior Performance Marketer Location: Remote / Hybrid (Office at Taipan, Subang Jaya) Base Salary: RM3,500-5,500 As a Senior Performance Marketer, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of paid media. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch, optimize & and scale creative campaigns. Key Responsibilities: Paid Media Strategy: Developing and presenting media plans for paid social campaigns for new and existing clients. Paid Media Launching/Optimizing/Scaling: Execute media buys across various channels and platforms, such as display advertising, social media advertising, programmatic advertising, and search engine marketing. Optimize ad placements, creative assets, and targeting parameters based on performance data and industry best practices. Creative & Copy A/B Split Test: Collaborate with the creative team to ensure ad copy & visuals align with clients\' brand guidelines and campaign objectives. Data Analysis: Monitor campaign performance, including impressions, clicks, conversions, and other key metrics, to identify opportunities for optimization. Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights to improve performance, optimize targeting, and increase return on investment (ROI). Data Reporting: Provide regular reports and campaign performance updates to clients and internal teams. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and changes in media buying platforms, and recommend innovative strategies to improve campaign performance. Contribution: Embracing and contributing to the best practices, testing rules, and playbooks established by Forwrd Agency for ad account management. Stay informed about industry regulations, privacy policies, and ad standards to ensure compliance with guidelines. Requirements: Proven work experience as a performance marketer or in a similar role within a digital advertising agency or an eCommerce Company. Strong knowledge of digital marketing principles, strategies, and industry trends, specifically Paid Social Advertising. Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and leverage data to drive campaign performance and optimization. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Proficiency in using advertising platforms and tools, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, or other programmatic platforms. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive and results-driven mindset. Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools is a plus.
