Candidate must be willing to attend to intensive training (3-6 months) in Kuala Lumpur (expenses paid)
Possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Professional Degree/Post Graduate Diploma in Physical Therapy/Physiotherapy or equivalent.
Registered with Malaysia Physiotherapist Association (MPA).
Preferably minimum 2 years of working experience in related field.
Able to communicate (verbal and written) in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Competency in using computer and Microsoft applications including Word and Excel.
Ability to hold open discussions with all parties and stakeholders
Fast thinker, analytical, problem solver
Lead by example, able to hold oneself accountable and motivate others without using power
Able to listen, understand and flexible to make changes
Always on the lookout to improve the process, protocols, treatment method or combination of all these to improve individual and the team performance
Able to work under pressure.
Responsibilities
To master the protocols and internal system of our treatment modules
Responsible for the daily smooth running of the branch
Handling all forms of feedback and complaints from all stakeholders, troubleshoot the issues and make necessary changes to the process after discussing with the Management Team and Directors
Define, improve and constantly fine-tuning of branch SOP and update the Management Team
Manage branch expenses within budget set
Generate and compile all reports/updates for weekly effective and conclusive Management meetings
To plan, monitor and manage the development growth of all team members
Ensure all personal targets, quality assurance, objectives and KPIs are met on weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually basis for individual and team
Ensure quality care, reports and processes are being observed all the time
Perform daily case review and weekly case discussion with juniors, focused in keeping patient on track with their progression
Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the branch
Work closely with Management Team to discuss, propose and make decisions on bigger issues that will affect the overall budget, stats, pricing, marketing, operations, recruitments, expenses and profit margins for the branch
To be engaged in promotional and marketing work related to the branch and partner premise including at some weekends
