Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using tools like
Primavera P6
,
Microsoft Project
, or equivalent.
Monitor and update the project progress in accordance with the baseline plan.
Perform critical path analysis and identify potential delays or issues proactively.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, procurement, and construction teams to align timelines and resolve scheduling conflicts.
Prepare and present progress reports, dashboards, and lookahead schedules for internal and client meetings.
Evaluate contractor or subcontractor schedules and integrate them into the master schedule.
Conduct delay analysis and provide EOT (Extension of Time) justifications, when required.
Support risk management by identifying and reporting schedule-related risks and mitigation plans.
Assist in resource planning and workload forecasting.
Ensure compliance with company planning standards, procedures, and client requirements.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Minimum
5-8 years
experience in planning and scheduling, preferably in
construction, infrastructure, or engineering projects
.
Proficient in
Primavera P6
,
MS Project
, and Excel.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Experience in delay analysis and claims is an added advantage.
Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, EPC phases) is an advantage.
