The person under GO&T (Global Operation & Technology) is responsible and accountable for overall Backend external production planning & operation performing on guarantee excellent supply. Through cowork with external backend supplier & internal engineer, quality, logistic/product/capacity planning, supply chain teams. Locate at Malaysia external Supplier at IPOH prefer.

• To manage external OSAT ensure supplier provide Supply Healthy of both production / engineer lots.
• To co-work with counter parties (external/internal engineer, quality, capacity planning, procurement, logistic/mat\'l planning, NPI, SCM) tracking lot movement as planned with transparent visibility shared; periodical target revenue/shipment (eg. POR) are met.
• To drive best cycle time / SOD hit rate through driving all potential Aged, overstaging lots in process since load plan trigger
• To score/present quarterly external supplier performed scorecard on KPI (key perform indices)
• Local support by driving SUBCONS, & leading facilitate the communication & coordinating on cross funtionally issue in term of business support.
• Strong sense of urgency to drive / take immediately recovery on any incident may impact supply.
