Senior Planner
Job Description
A technology manufacturing company in Penang is looking for senior planner with experience in production planning (SMT or backend) to be part of their team.JOB RESPONSIBILITIESPlans and prepares production schedules for manufacturing productsDraws up master schedule to establish sequence and lead time of each operation to meet shipping dates according to sales orders.Analyzes production specifications and plant capacity data and performs mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing processes, tools, and manpower requirementsMonitor production progress and ensure that final products meets quality standards & customer specifications. Monitor on shipment of Finish Good to the end customer.Monitor & update on CRD of models according to sales orders through system.Investigate production problems, analyze root cause & provide solutions.Planning production activities to improve runtime & overtimeJOB REQUIREMENTMinimum 5 years working experience in planning/supply chain or equivalentExperience in using SAP and Microsoft ExcelCapable to handle NPI and Mass Production
