Position Objectives:

1. MAZE Administration and reporting.
2. Plant spare parts coordination.
3. Consumption analysis spare parts.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for Production Spare Parts Management related process.
2. Manage overall spare parts management, stocktaking and inventory maintenance.
3. Supervise the handling of for incoming check of part no., quantity, unit price, and
PR/PO no. of spare parts material received.
4. To manage and control of daily spare part withdrawal activity systematically and
ensure spare part management system effectively via identification of spare part,
spare part code, spare part description, supplier\'s code, part no., stock location no.,
and registration into spare part system.
5. To perform regularly update and check on spare part inventory control system,
stocking level and replenishment of spare part.
6. To manage and control of damaged spare parts for replacement and disposal
processes.
7. To perform yearly physical inventory check on production spare parts.
8. Accountable for good 5S in production spare parts room.
9. To manage all the store clerks to ensure Maze operation runs smoothly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s Degree in Operation/Production/Engineering/Quality or equivalent field
• Minimum 2-5 years of working experience MAZE administration and SAP modules
• Good in presentation with data/chart oriented
• Communicates effectively with cross functional teams, management teams, and

customers. * Ability to work under constraints and creative solution.
