Internal Open ResourcingLocation: MY, BintuluCompany: SESCO, Distribution, Bintulu RegionNumber of Openings: 1Job Grade : E3/ E4Closing Date: 30 June 2024KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:\xc2\xb7 Responsible in recommendation to RPC with regards to the accurate estimates for connection costs up to 33kV major assets for deliberation on (i) substation site enquiry (ii) HV schemes of new applications.\xc2\xb7 Provide technical support service on standard installation practices of distribution equipment up to 33kV system.\xc2\xb7 Enforce and ensure compliance of all relevant Rules and Regulations of OSHA, Electricity Ordinance, Electrical Rules Sarawak Energy, Installation Standard Practice, DOPM, LSR and Environment standards on all works carried out by staffs or contractors via guidance and directions including monitoring their performance.\xc2\xb7 Provide accurate and up-to-date information on connection charges guidelines.\xc2\xb7 Responsible in reviewing the proposed connection schemes to determine the best compromise schemes in term of reliability and costing.\xc2\xb7 Coaching and supervising subordinates in preparation of connection cost for all categories of customers.\xc2\xb7 Responsible in making decisions, manage & resolve customers\' disputes professionally guided by Connection Charges Guidelines.\xc2\xb7 Responsible in ensure the accuracy of eCustomer Experience (eCX) database.\xc2\xb7 Procuring and contracting of project installation services through SEPRO and SAP systems.\xc2\xb7 CAPEX - plan, develop and monitor budgets to ensure it meets company\'s overall business goals and objectives for system reinforcement/development schemes related to 33/11kV distribution system.\xc2\xb7 OPEX - ensure annual revenue budget are acquired and spent within approved budget.\xc2\xb7 Perform general responsibilities of TQM, ISO9001:2000 Quality System, EOSH, RISK Management, HIRARC, etc.\xc2\xb7 Provide supervision and administrative support for planning staffs.\xc2\xb7 Deliver assigned Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and other assigned targets.\xc2\xb7 Proactive in Project Delivery Excellence, Digitalisation and Commercial Excellence.QUALIFICATION/WORK EXPERIENCE:\xc2\xb7 Degree in Electrical Engineering.\xc2\xb7 Authorized to perform HV switching.\xc2\xb7 Minimum 5 years working experience in SESCO, preferably in Distribution Network.SPECIAL ASPECTS/MAJOR CHALLENGES OF THE JOB:\xc2\xb7 To perform all tasks in line with ISO9001 QMS, ISO14001 EMS, & ISO45001 OHSMS and their roles and responsibilities procedure.\xc2\xb7 To perform all tasks in line with the Information Governance Policy Suite and Guidelines.\xc2\xb7 Keeping abreast with the changes in technology in the power industry.\xc2\xb7 Satisfy customer at the expense of not compromising on internal control procedures.\xc2\xb7 To ensure zero accidents (involving fatality) while working in a high-risk environment.Preference will be given to internal candidate.
