1. KEY OBJECTIVES Play a crucial role in the planning and coordination of assets and resources within Company. Analyze data, develop plans, and ensure efficient utilization of assets to support operational activities. Participate in all operation support for planning on the subject related to technical and non-technical matters within the asset. Responsible for ensuring immediate and up to 5 years asset integrated plan. 2. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES The Integrated Activity Planner is a key member of the IAP organization supporting Head of Malaysia Sabah Asset and Functional Leads in prioritizing and integrating activities in the short-term (1 year), medium-term (5 years) and long-term to ensure optimal delivery of the business plan. Develop and maintain Integrated Asset Plan (IAP) up to 5 years that align with business objectives and operational requirements with focus on Post FID, FIP and Modifications projects. Manage and safeguard brownfield projects to achieve project objective and production delivery by working closely with Projects & Facilities, Drilling & Completion, Procurement & Contracts and Operations team. Conduct analysis of asset performance, reliability, and availability, identifying areas for improvement and optimization on daily/weekly basis. Collaborate with cross-functional (operation, maintenance, subsurface, drilling and completion and project) teams to develop integrated asset plans, considering factors such as maintenance schedules, production targets, projects schedules and resource constraints. Utilize advanced planning tools and software to model scenarios and assess the impact of different strategies on asset performance and production targets. Leverage data visualization to implement interactive dashboards and reports for stakeholders, enhancing the accessibility and usability of IAP to facilitate decision making. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure uninterrupted asset operations and minimize downtime. Participate in asset-related meetings, providing insights, recommendations, and updates on planning activities. Liaise with maintenance and operations teams to coordinate asset availability and schedule maintenance activities in a way that minimizes disruptions to production. Stay updated with industry best practices and technological advancements to identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation within the asset planning function. Mentoring of less experienced onshore engineering support staff. 3. KEY AUTHORITIES Overall asset-integrated planning. Coordination of information, meetings, and presentation and is the moderator for all asset activity and scheduling. Provide weekly updates on near-term asset-integrated plans. Provide a monthly update on mid-term (12-month) asset plan. Keeper of the overall asset 5 years asset-integrated plan that is in line with the best value of the asset. 4. WORKING RELATIONSHIP Reporting to the Head of Sabah Asset Planning Section. Close working relationship with Sabah Operation Section & Sabah Petroleum Development Section and Head of Asset Planning. Cascading asset integrated plan to commercial & Economics, PSC & JV Management, Planning, Drilling & Completion, Projects & Facilities. 5. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE Degree in an Engineering related discipline or equivalent. University honors degree or equivalent in Engineering, preferably in engineering. Minimum 13 years relevant industry experience in oil and gas most of which should be associated with asset integrated planning. Proficiency in using planning software and tools are required. Prior experience in Primavera is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. Fluency in English, both spoken and written. Prior knowledge and experience of managing technical matters pertaining to either operation and subsurface is preferred.
