Senior Plant Manager for Automotive Manufacturing Company based in Melaka Your new company Your new company is an international automotive seating manufacturing company based in Melaka. Your new role You will be the Senior Plant Manager of the company looking after their manufacturing plant in Melaka, looking after everything under operations, production, maintenance, HSE etc. You will be managing a workforce of around 200 employees. What you\'ll need to succeed You will need to have experiences in: Senior Manager level of experiences or similar experiences in managing manufacturing plant Experienced in Automotive Manufacturing industries Experienced in Automotive Seating is an added advantage Experienced in Japanese companies or ability to speak Japanese is an added advantage due to our client\'s main customer base.
