We seek a driven Senior Platform Engineer passionate about learning, collaboration, and continuous improvement. You'll manage CI/CD, observability, and partner with development teams to create cutting-edge technology.

• Automate operational tasks and processes to reduce human intervention.
• Lead technical and data analysis to identify service trends and drive improvements.
• Prioritize reliability features and develop tooling, alerts, and automated responses.
• Communicate service health, reliability risks, and trends to senior stakeholders.
• Automate installation, maintenance, and deployment of servers and tools.
• Innovate to improve software velocity, infrastructure resiliency, and security.
• Evaluate new application packages and research best practices.
• Debug infrastructure issues and identify root causes for ongoing operations.
• Review, verify, and validate software code in DevOps projects.

• 6+ years in software development and DevSecOps/SRE, with 2+ years in a senior role.
• Background in software engineering or systems engineering with Linux skills and distributed systems experience.
• Skilled in automating API-driven tasks at scale using Java, C/C++, NodeJS, Python, and Go.
• Experience automating software build and deployment processes in distributed systems.
• Ability to communicate incident status clearly in business-friendly language.
• Advanced knowledge of Observability tools (ELK, Grafana, Prometheus, etc.).
• Experience designing and implementing CI/CD and release management solutions.
• Broad knowledge of OS platforms, networking, web systems, and DevSecOps.
• Familiar with large-scale distributed systems and microservices architecture.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Experience with containers and CD tools (Pulumi, Docker, Ansible, Puppet).
• Experience with integration and build tools (Jenkins, Groovy, Maven, GitLab CI).
