Senior Plating Engineer

Job Description
Job Responsibilities: * Be responsible for plating engineering process.
- Draft documents of standard work and monitor the execution.
- Be responsible for management and daily maintenance of plating equipment.
- Set up standard of plating inspection and process, monitor the execution.
- Monitor salt spray test, verify the experimental report, and follow up the action plan to resolve the problems if have.
- Working as a professional consultant of plating technology, answer plating related questions from suppliers and customers.
- Audit suppliers and follow up the action plan, communicate with suppliers to resolve the technical problems.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Graduation from an accredited college or university with degree in chemical, or other closely related field.
- Professional on the controlling method and engineering process maintenance for hardware electroplating, surface treatment of aluminum & Alloy products.
- Good command of both English / Mandarin (communication with China plant) and MS office skills.
- High energy with sense of urgency, self-motivated.
- Good logical and analytical skill.
- Team player with coordination skill.
- Hard work. Deliver result with Integrity. Strong stress tolerance capability.
