Assist the Team Leader and Job Captain in performing duties Carry out sketch analysis, design and calculations for electrical works Produce detailed design and working drawings for electrical works Ensure quality and accuracy of designs Ensure compliance with project Design Criteria/ Client Brief/ Approved Concept Ensure compliance with relevant design standards and office standards Attend design, clients, architects and site meetings Ensure compliance with program constraints and budget Ensure compliance with ISO Quality Procedure Manual Offer suggestions to improve work efficiency Perform other duties and responsibilities as reasonably required by Team Leader/ Division Manager
We welcome experienced Electrical Engineers who are competent and ready to take on senior positions (Principal / Associate). You will play a key role in:

Supervise and mentor subordinate staff to ensure quality and efficiency*
Lead, oversee and manage projects independently and efficiently*
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to maintain strong stakeholder relationships*
Provide technical guidance and review designs, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies throughout project lifecycle*
Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the team and projects*

Requirements:

At least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical) or equivalent Registered with the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM) Minimum of 5 years' experience as Electrical engineer in building services, preferably with experience in 132kV/ 275kV systems or Data Center Competency in REVIT & AUTOCAD will be an added advantage Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia Able to work independently and lead projects effectively Strong communication skills High resilience & ability to perform under pressure Good working attitude

Other information:

Working location: Jalan Imbi, Kuala Lumpur (walking distance from monorail & MRT stations) Full-time (Monday to Friday)
