Job Description

Our client is a global electronics MNC in Johor. They are looking to hire a Senior Process Engineer.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead floor-level process improvements and troubleshooting
Maintain pneumatic, hydraulic, welding, and engine systems
Ensure compliance with RBA, ISO, and IATF
Support new processes, project transfers, and cross-team collaboration
Provide technical support; flexible to work extra hours

Skills & Experience Required:

Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Mechatronics Engineering
5+ years in process engineering, maintenance, or equipment repair
Skilled in pneumatic, welding, hydraulic, or engine systems
Project transfer and RBA/ISO/IATF knowledge is a plus
Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin
