It also contributes to sustainability efforts by optimizing resource utilization, minimizing waste, and improving energy and material efficiency.Key responsibilities

• Develop expertise in equipment management to ensure the efficient operation of processing and critical equipment, minimizing downtime and boosting productivity through the implementation of best practices.
• Enhance the training and development of key equipment operators and maintenance personnel by tailoring programs for the maintenance and production teams. This will elevate their skills in handling complex equipment, leading to fewer errors and accidents.
• Serve as a liaison between the Utility, Production, and Plant Maintenance teams, facilitating smooth communication and coordination to optimize overall plant efficiency.
• Maximize resource utilization, reduce waste, and improve sustainability by optimizing energy and material usage, contributing to Kerry's sustainability goals.
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations for future investments and technological upgrades, playing a key role in strategic planning and long-term growth initiatives.
