How You\'ll Make an Impact

\xc2\xb7 Lead the execution of a project in the capacity of both technical lead and project manager

\xc2\xb7 Perform pressure relief analysis in accordance with international standards such as ASME Sec VIIII, API STD 520 & 521, etc or other best practices and guidelines

\xc2\xb7 Perform relief load calculation and relief valve sizing

\xc2\xb7 Perform relief simulation for towers, distillation columns, etc using process simulator to calculate the relief load

\xc2\xb7 Develop flare network model based on piping isometric

\xc2\xb7 Perform hydraulic analysis for flare network using hydraulic simulator

\xc2\xb7 Generate findings list and provide mitigation options

\xc2\xb7 Prepare study report for submission to the client

\xc2\xb7 Support Sales Manager by providing input to proposals, technical and marketing presentations

\xc2\xb7 Provide knowledge transfer trainings or trainings related to software to client

What You Bring

\xc2\xb7 Degree in Chemical Engineering from a recognized university

\xc2\xb7 10 - 15 years of relevant process engineering design and process safety (pressure relief) experience in the petrochemical / chemical / refinery industry

\xc2\xb7 Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills

\xc2\xb7 Positive learning attitude

\xc2\xb7 Ability to multi-task, manage multiple interfaces and prioritize work

\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of process modeling software (Pro II, Aspen HYSYS, etc) and experience in the use of relevant technical computing tools and design tools for hydraulic calculations would be preferred.

\xc2\xb7 Knowledge in flare radiation and dispersion analysis

\xc2\xb7 Good knowledge of industry standards and practices related to process design and safety

About the Team

Our team is comprised of individuals from process engineering design and process safety backgrounds of oil & gas and petrochemical industry. Each of the team member is equipped with a unique set of skills and experience which includes pressure relief analysis, design verification, process simulations, project management, etc. We support our customers by leveraging our extensive knowledge in pressure relief field to provide tailored solutions that meets their specific needs and challenges.
