Senior Process Technician (Metallization)


Kulim, Kedah, Malaysia - OSRAM OS Penang


What we expect

Carry out daily process sustaining such as slug preparation, recipe tuning & regular anko Attend to process deviation such as SPC, CBM violation Dispose material disposition according to OCAP Support process engineers with various engineering projects in the area of cost & quality improvement, line stability, tool qualification Perform good housekeeping 5S practice at work areas including managing all types of process wafers to be used as ANKO
Who we are looking for

Diploma in Engineering or equivalent Experience in manufacturing in related industry such as semiconductor, solar or electronic industry Must be able to work in 12 hours rotating shift Must be able to support off-day overtime (OT) when required A great team-player who communicate well, learn with passion, with integrity and committed
