Job Responsibilities:
Source new RMPM materials to meet supply chain demands.
Develop and implement sourcing strategies to improve efficiency and ensure timely delivery.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and monitor supplier performance.
Prepare annual procurement budgets and recommend cost-saving strategies.
Manage purchasing processes including POs, supplier coordination, and delivery follow-up.
Monitor material forecasts, stock levels, and purchasing decisions.
Conduct supplier audits and manage vendor evaluation and registration.
Ensure compliance with company procurement standards and government regulations.
Provide training and guidance to Purchasing Assistants.
Collaborate with internal departments (Warehouse, Production, QA, Logistics, Planning).
Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, or equivalent.
Minimum
1-3 years of experience
in procurement or purchasing (manufacturing industry preferred).
Mandarin-speaking candidates preferred
(required to liaise with China suppliers).
Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
