Position Title Senior Procurement Executive
Industry Food and Beverage/Catering/Restaurant
\xe3\x83\xbbDevelop and implement strategies / standard operating procedures for procurement.
\xe3\x83\xbbCompile incoming purchase request from branches and office on daily basis.
\xe3\x83\xbbPrepare and verify Purchase Orders for approval.
\xe3\x83\xbbWork closely with marketing to ensure all the packages and promotions are updated with the costing.
\xe3\x83\xbbObtain quotation to ensure competitive pricing.
\xe3\x83\xbbResponsible for daily key in invoices and reconcile with PO before submission to Finance Department.
\xe3\x83\xbbAttend monthly stock inventory, tabulate & calculation of monthly closing stock, able to produce monthly reports.
Salary 4000~5800 (RM)
Location Selangor
Requirements \xe2\x9c\x93Diploma, Advance /Higher equivalent.
\xe2\x9c\x93Possess good communication skill in English, Mandarin & Malay.
\xe2\x9c\x93Executive specializing in clerical/admin support, computer literate.
\xe2\x9c\x93Minimum 5 years of working experience.
