Job Description

:



Responsible to source, negotiate and purchase materials from both local and oversea vendors. Evaluate vendor's quotation to ensure that they are in line with the technical and commercial specifications required for the project. Resolve supply, quality and service issue with vendors. Responsible in ISO Annual Performance Review for vendors. Evaluate supplier performance based on quality standards, delivery time & best prices and ensure all the criteria are met according to the organizational requirements and expectation. Filling process and ensure its been organized properly. Find new potential vendor which can help to improve company efficiency. Ensure Ordering Form Control List is updated accordingly. Be responsibility for introducing process improvements in the supply chain and identify new vendors /suppliers without jeopardizing quality and service delivery. Exercises appropriate judgement and tact while ensuring to protect confidential information. Prepare Service Delivery Contracts; leases purchase orders for all acquisition needs. Maintain procurement files including all relevant vendors tracking system. Manage vendor's contract and maintain relationship with suppliers to ensure completeness of deliverables outline in the contract this includes insuring that all vendors' complaints and concerns are addressed promptly to ensure that the project continues to receive uninterrupted services at all time. Select/Negotiate rates of carrier and third party services. Respond to shipping complaints, lost item and damages. Review and analyse budget, expenditure and operations. Supervise and manage logistics team. Provide leadership to help team develop skills and meet goals. Track and report shipment results. Develop and document standard operating procedure. Analyse financial impact of logistic changes, routing, shipping modes, etc. Collaborates with other departments to integrate logistics with processes. Prepare monthly KPI for Procurement & Logistic. Any ad-hoc task will be inform by superior from time to time.

Job Requirement:



At least Diploma/Degree in Logistic/Procurement field. Minimum 2 year working experience in Logistic/Procurement/Supply Chain Field. Good command in English, writing, reporting and speaking skills. Good technical, interpersonal and communications skills. Self-motivated and able to work under pressure. Able to oversee other related scope of work such as Documentation, Logistic & Co-ordination. Possess good negotiation skills, analytical and commercial inclined. Well-developed communication skills and ability to liaise with various levels of management, clients and employees. High level of computer literacy and reporting capability.
