Job Description

Job Responsibilities:



Manage all service agreements with suppliers. Oversee stock movement and ensure abnormalities are tracked and highlighted promptly to avoid gaps in executing procurement activities. Work with cross-functional departments to ensure implementation of engineering changes or deviations for raw materials align with inventory management targets and SOP. Monitor and review inventory levels to ensure optimum DOH coverage and lean stock keeping in line with excess and obsolescence SOP. Work with OSQE on rejects and ensure disposition according to supplier agreements and material handling SOP. Generate and process material rescheduling and SA release or cancellation according to SAP requirements. Address inventory abnormal movements and additional costs incurred to ensure SOP is followed. Propose premium freight options where applicable to close gap in supply to meet customer and production requirements. Act as the main interface between suppliers and internal departments & communicate effectively with suppliers with proper data and details. Ensure timely resolution of issues impacting the supply of raw materials to meet production and customer requirements while adhering to SOP. Escalate according to the escalation path in a timely manner on issues related to raw material impacting production/customer requirements or inventory management. Maintain supplier and interplant relations to manage communication windows and prompt feedback. Generate manual material shortages and perform material simulations to project supply connectivity for customer requests or demands not in SAP. Prepare ad hoc reports related to raw material and inventory status/disposition/activities as requested by the superior. Review raw material SAP parameters and settings to ensure no gaps in executing procurement activities on time. Provide the Inventory DOH report by the 7th working day of the month. Publish weekly shortage report by Tue. Provide monthly OB report by the 7th working day of the month.

Job Requirements:



Bachelor Degree/Diploma in any discipline with at least 3 years of related working experience and good understanding on demand analyst role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Flexible to take on ad-hoc assignment or project as necessary. Team player and able to work independently with minimum supervision. Data management and tracking skills. Decision making strength is essential. Good proficiency in MS Excel and SAP knowledge. Able to write Macro will be added advantage.
