• Responsible for test programs characterization, production test and hardware test
• Setup and managed Site test equipment/fixture calibration and maintenance schedule and costing
• New project introduction - RFQ support including facility & line setup readiness, training, equipment sourcing and project scope reviews.
• Engineering change (DCN & FF) management and implementation and WI implementation
• Project and production process improvement/ LEAN project, Kaizen..
• Release and support BOM (Bill of Material) & Part list in APAC/Site
• Review, prepare and release Work Instruction/ Service Manual.
• Provide Technical and Software Support to APAC/Site
• Manage of ESD Program Control
• Perform and provide FA reports on faulty units to customers.
• HPU studies and establishing baseline cycle-time for operations processes
• Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Good communication skills.
• Strong on Computer hardware and Software knowledge.
• Experienced on Walkie Talkie/ Mobile Computing/RF equipment\'s unit or board repair - others will be advantage
• Knowledge and experience of ATEX. IECEx preferred
• NPI & ECO implementation experience
• Good understanding on engineering drawing specifications, electrical schematic diagram, FA and debug.
• Independent and self driven
• Good analytical skills
• Computer skills: Agile, Google Workspace, MS Office (minimum Excel, Word, PowerPoint), MS VISIO and Android.
• Candidates must be willing to work in Bukit Tengah, Penang and any overseas reassignments.
