• Inspection and Repair: Perform First Article Inspections (FAI) to ensure components meet specifications and support the development of new repair capabilities.xe2x80xa2Technical Support: Evaluate and implement new repair processes, coordinate with vendors, and provide training on tools and equipment.xe2x80xa2Documentation: Maintain and review technical documents, create task lists, and ensure compliance with regulations.xe2x80xa2Process Improvement: Participate in Lean/Continuous Improvement projects to reduce costs and improve efficiency.xe2x80xa2Safety and Quality: Promote safety culture, implement Safety Management Systems (SMS), and support audits.xe2x80xa2Digitalization: Drive automation projects to enhance workflows and efficiency.xe2x80xa2Training and Collaboration: Provide training on ERP systems (SAP), support team skill development, and collaborate to optimize operations and improve component reliability.Other Duties: Support audits, assist with risk assessments, and perform tasks assigned by management.

• Education: Bachelorxe2x80x99s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic, or Aerospace Engineering.xe2x80xa2Experience: At least 5 years in aviation/aerospace MRO, including engines, components, and piece-parts.xe2x80xa2Skills:xe2x80xa2Supervise New Product Introduction (NPI) and First Article Inspection (FAI).xe2x80xa2Interpret technical documents (SB, AD, CMM, etc.) and understand industry standards (AN, AS, MIL, CAN).xe2x80xa2Knowledge of aviation regulations (Part 145, Part 147, Part 66, etc.).xe2x80xa2Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.xe2x80xa2Experience with Microsoft Office and ERP systems (e.g., SAP).xe2x80xa2Safety: Familiar with safe work practices and compliance.xe2x80xa2Industry: Relevant aviation/aerospace aftermarket experience.
