Boost Indonesia - Formerly Aspirasi Indonesia, is providing micro-financing business and digital merchant business for various sizes of enterprises (formerly Boost Indonesia) in Indonesia. As a Senior Product Lead for Boost Pay Later (PayFlex) and Card (Beyond) product, you will have the exciting opportunity to lead and innovate in the rapidly growing field of financial services. You will spearhead the business strategy, conceptualisation, design and execution of product offering for this product line in the Consumer space. You will need to have a deep understanding of the Pay Later and Card payment products in the market and align them to segment needs to drive the product roadmap to launch, commercialisation and growth. The aspect of the job involves championing the development of effective end to end processes to track product initiatives deliverables including meeting Boost organisational business directions and objectives. You will be responsible in all aspect of the product including liaising with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring all products and process are compliant with all relevant legislation, regulation and industry best practice. The role will report to the Head of Product and Payment for Boost Life (Consumer). Responsibilities: Manage specific business stream for consumer products that comprises of micro-financing, BNPL services and Card business P&L responsibility to own and understand the various business drivers to protect and grow product margins and profitability Drive new product innovations, pricing, promotions, bundling and tactical campaigns to drive revenue via a defined product roadmap Anticipate, understand and develop market positioning vis- -vis the competitive landscape Manage internal/external stakeholders\' relationships to successfully promote growth of the various products Develop partnerships and collaborations to enhance product offering and widen market reach Assist in the product development execution by working closely with stakeholders across the business units to deliver epic product that is desirable, commercially viable and technically feasible Recommends the nature and scope of present and future product lines by reviewing product specifications and requirements, appraising new product ideas and/or productor packaging changes Manage communication and delivery between design & engineering teams Requirements: 6-8 years of product management experience in existing Financial Services, Pay Later or Card issuance experience is an added advantage Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders to derive win-win propositions Good analytics background in understanding customer and merchant data Collaborative, creative, entrepreneurial and strong technical intuition
