Role: Our Product Managers are responsible for designing and enhancing our Mass customization platform to provide a superior experience for customers and production partners. This role involves envisioning the platform\'s ideal state and prioritizing and managing the development of its various products, all to elevate the platform\'s overall value. Collaboration with a multicultural development team and other departments like Business Development, Supply Chain Development, and Customer Service is essential. By gathering insights from stakeholders both inside and outside the company, including customers and production partners, our Product Managers will drive improvements and innovations in the platform. We are seeking an individual who is enthusiastic about the opportunity to develop the most outstanding Mass customization platform experience in the Asia-Pacific region. Job Responsibilities: Platform Strategy & Execution: Craft and execute platform strategies and roadmaps to boost overall satisfaction and user retention. Feedback Collection & Analysis: Actively gather and analyze feedback from customers and production partners, shaping product strategies and epics. Product Development Prioritization: Collaborate with business owners, technical leads, and designers to prioritize product development efforts. Collaborative Product Design: Work with engineers and designers to create product architectures, wireframes, prototypes, and user stories. Communication & Reporting: Clearly present product vision, reports, plans and resource requests to management members. Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest in Mass Customization and related areas, continuously seeking new value propositions. Technology Exploration: Remain curious about new technologies and products, exploring their potential application to the platform. Team Onboarding & Nurturing: Actively assist in hiring, onboarding, and nurturing new product development members. Job Requirements: Essentials Over 6 years of product management experience in multiple Southeast Asian countries or multinational services. Over 3 years of product management experience in e-commerce or marketplace service. Proven track record of creating and executing product roadmaps over a year-long period. Excellent English communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Experience with task and project management tools like Clickup or JIRA. Knowledge and experience with SQL for database definitions and data analysis. Willingness to travel to countries in Southeast Asia and Japan for product development meetings, events, and other related activities. Plus Factors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Experience as a developer in BtoB product development and operations. Experience in selecting, implementing, and operating CRM, MA, ERP, WMS, and/or other third-party tools. Experience with the User-Centered Design approach. Experience in building and expanding a product development organization. Work experience outside of Malaysia.
