Our platform is at the forefront of transforming the way digital assets are traded, offering a secure and efficient marketplace for users worldwide. : You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation and success of our multi-asset exchange platform, featuring digital securities, cryptocurrency, FX, and commodities. We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable professional with a deep understanding of cryptocurrency, digital security markets, and Web3 technologies. Key Responsibilities: 24/7 Platform Monitoring: Monitor the multi-asset exchange platform round the clock, ensuring real-time awareness of any market changes or anomalies. Develop parameter Rules, understanding the backend logic of digital assets and cryptocurrency trading including ticket size, funding rate, discount rate, alongside the contract value of new and current listings. Help optimize the back-end system with risk control products, adjusting risk control parameters to ascertain adjustments can be made securely, efficiently, and in a time-effective manner. Risk Management: Detect and establish appropriate responses to risk happenings, reducing platform risk by controlling trading parameters and other strategies during major market movements Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, compliance, and customer support, to enhance overall platform performance. Reporting: Optimize the trading fee strategy on the platform by utilizing data and customer insights, giving NexStox a clear advantage over competing platforms. Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or Computer Science. Proven experience in a similar role within the cryptocurrency or digital securities industry, ideally within treasury, spot, derivatives, and options. Solid experience in product management Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex market data. Familiarity with regulatory frameworks in the digital asset space.
