Senior Product Manager

The Senior Product Manager will lead the development of the growth plans and tactics of the assigned product, engage in activities such as Brand Strategy, Strategic/Operational Planning and Execution. This position covers the Malaysia market. The incumbent will work collaboratively with cross-functional partners in Singapore, Malaysia and regional team to deliver the assigned marketing portfolio.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Marketing Planning
  • Strategic planning to drive brand performance in ensuring successful market penetration and leadership
  • Develop programs to maximize field selling efforts
  • Develop business proposals and budget plan including forecasting model for management review and approval
  • Develop and plan resource allocation effectively to address changing market dynamic and out-maneuver competitions
  • Conceive and develop innovative marketing programs including digital initiatives
Marketing Implementation
  • Formulate, direct and coordinate all customer segment marketing activities and tactics to launch and promote the brand, working with cross functional team, agencies and partners
  • Create and enhance relationships, internally and externally, that contribute towards establishing the brand (key customers, thought leaders, associations and industry players) and implement effective KOL strategy
  • Manage brand budget efficiently
  • Timely development of promotional program/materials that enables effective delivery of marketing messages
  • Support CMEs & conduct product trainings to field-force
3. Coaching
  • Training and guiding junior marketeer to ensure timely delivery of assigned projects and tasks
WHAT YOU MUST HAVE

To be successful in this role, you will have:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in pharmacy/ biomedical science
  • At least 8 years of product management experience
  • Oncology marketing experience is preferred
  • Experience in digital marketing is a plus
  • Prior sales experience is preferred
  • Strong strategic mindset, proven project management skills
  • Excellent communication skills including PowerPoint presentation, verbal and written abilities
  • Positive attitude and customer focus
  • Attention to detail and an eye for quality
