Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the commercial success of product launches.
• Coordinate with headquarters and regional teams to develop national product strategies and communicate overseas product requirements to the headquarters and regional teams.
• Conduct in-depth research and analysis of the Malaysian market space, channels, competition, consumers, etc., identify market opportunities, and incorporate them into the product IMC operations.
• Coordinate marketing, distribution, retail, delivery, and service modules to develop product IMC operational plans, and ensure the completion and implementation of coordinated plans through project management.
• Guide product inventory management through sales and order forecasting and management, ensuring maximum product benefits.
• Responsible for national pricing and achieve product sales and gross margin targets through price and quantity management.
• Monitor the effectiveness of national product marketing plans, ensure rational and efficient utilization of marketing expenses, and contribute to increasing product sales.

Job Requirements * Graduated from a renowned university with at least 5 years of experience in the beauty industry.

• Strong data processing skills, proficiency in Excel, and other relevant tools.
• Strong communication and logical reasoning skills, reliable and responsible, excellent cross-departmental collaboration and communication skills, adept at problem-solving.
• Ability to develop and implement solutions throughout the product lifecycle, proficient in hierarchical and project management, and a good understanding of product marketing theories.
