The Opportunity

Responsibilities

• Lead the new fund development / changes to existing funds/ fund rationalisation initiatives which includes fund analysis, preparation/ review of fund documentations, submission of fund application to regulator, engagement with internal and external stakeholders towards achieving a common objective;
• Prepare and/or review fund documentations including proposal papers, offering documents, product highlights sheets, submission pack to regulator, fund related communication to investors and any other relevant fund documentation;
• Coordinate and arrange for unitholders\xe2\x80\x99 meeting, for implementing changes to existing products/ fund rationalization initiatives;
• Ensure regulatory requirements and internal policies are complied with; and
• Attend to ad-hoc requests by the company from time-to-time.

What we are looking for

• A degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related fields
• Minimum 10 years of experience in unit trust/ asset management industry, with 5 years of experience in product development and management role.
• Result-oriented team player with a focus on attention to details, accuracy and pro-active attitude
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
