Senior Product Specialist (payroll Software)
Job Description
About the company: The company main business is to develop and provide high quality accounting software as well as other business applications to small and medium sized enterprises as well as some large organizations including multinational companies and public listed companies. As of today, the company\'s software for Accounting, Point of Sale and Payroll have been the preferred choices of most SMEs in the region, are used by approximately 200,000 businesses and companies from various industries, with approximately 250 authorized dealers in the regions respectively. RESPONSIBILITIES:-
- Responsible for Cloud Payroll System
- User Experience, features releases and product roadmap.
- Evaluating the functionality of systems and Improving systems and process flow.
- Working closely with Development, QA, Commercial, partners and vendor for project delivery.
- Provide advice, solution or workaround to business owner and other product manager on Cloud Payroll System related matter.
- Familiar with government EPF, Socso & PCB rules in order to apply into the system.
- Handle QA Test initially to familiar with the system.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in related field.
- Familiar with government EPF, SOCSO & PCB rules.
- Familiar with Singapore HRMS solutions will be added advantage.
- Degree / Diploma in related field.
- Day shift
