About the Job In this position, you will be part of the sales team and be responsible for an assigned territory. This is a field sales role in which you will regularly visit healthcare professionals, provide valuable scientific insights, and contribute to a growing business. Job Responsibilities: Regular field visits to healthcare professionals (doctors and nurses) in hospitals Engaging customers in conversations and sharing scientific data, medical education, and keeping HCPs informed on treatments for the benefit of their patients Arranging Continuous Medical Education (CME) events and promoting scientific discussions Working with them marketing team to execute campaigns and brand strategy Managing existing key accounts and seeking out new prospects Achieving sales targets and other business growth objectives Maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring customer service levels are met Job Requirements: 2-3 years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical device sales Bachelor\'s Degree in pharmacy, pharmaceutical sciences, biomedical science, biotechnology, or a relevant degree People-oriented and having strong interpersonal skills Driven and results-focused, with a positive attitude to achieve goals Excellent communication and presentation skills Possessing own transport and willing to travel outside of the Klang Valley What\'s on offer: Exciting career progression opportunities in an innovator pharmaceutical company Competitive remuneration and benefits The chance to be part of a growing industry that makes a difference in people\'s lives
