\xef\x82\xa7 To call on regular and prospective customers in the assigned territory. Able to follow closely and independently with customers.
\xef\x82\xa7 Report key competitive activities and customer behavior to improve territory management in timely manner. Proactive feedback is required.
\xef\x82\xa7 Plan call objectively before and call analysis after each sales call to improve sales call efficiency.
\xef\x82\xa7 Present specialized sales calls to customers utilizing professional sales and negotiation skills to ensure the desired goals of calls. Selling skill proficiency is needed.
\xef\x82\xa7 Execution excellence align to plan and strategy.
\xef\x82\xa7 Build and maintain good relationships with customers, colleagues and HCPs as appropriate.
\xef\x82\xa7 Develop and maintain product and competitive knowledge at all times.
\xef\x82\xa7 Fully cooperate with other team members (the sales manager, marketing manager, sales coordinator, medical affairs team) to improve working efficiency and implement promotional campaign.
\xef\x82\xa7 Support overall objectives of the business unit, in addition to individual objectives.
\xef\x82\xa7 Scheduling training sessions and attending meeting as required.
\xef\x82\xa7 Willing to travel.QualificationsQualifications

• A Bachelor\'s degree in science or medical-related, preferably with higher qualification in marketing, pharmacy or medical related. Have a strong growth mindset.

Experience\xef\x82\xa7 3- 5 years of Pharmaceutical sales/marketing experience in the aesthetic market will be preferred
\xef\x82\xa7 Knowledge of healthcare and/or pharmaceutical industrySkills\xef\x82\xa7 Strong presentation & problem solving skills
\xef\x82\xa7 Good analysis skill and business acumen
\xef\x82\xa7 Excellent written and verbal communication skills
\xef\x82\xa7 Experience managing budgets and expenses, and executing marketing plans
\xef\x82\xa7 Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively work with many diverse customers
