Your expertise will contribute to enhancing patient care and advancing healthcare practices across the region.Duties and responsibilities

  • Assist in achieving established sales goals, including market share objectives. Implement market development and field marketing activities to expand our presence.
  • Schedule appointments and conduct compelling sales presentations to healthcare professionals, hospitals, and clinics.
  • Develop customer-focused presentation packages that highlight the features, benefits, and clinical applications of our cardiovascular devices.
  • Address questions, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing support to clinical staff.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure proper utilization of our products. Provide training and technical support to medical staff.
  • Establish strong professional relationships with key opinion leaders, physicians, and nurses within the cardiovascular field.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and regulatory changes. Provide timely feedback to internal teams.
  • Assist in product launches by organizing workshops, webinars, and product showcases.
  • Conduct live demonstrations of our devices during workshops, conferences, and training sessions.
  • Assist in forecasting sales volumes and contribute to business planning.
  • Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and coordinate product maintenance.
  • Adhere to all regulatory guidelines and company policies.
  • Generate reports for internal use and regulatory submissions.
  • Assist in preparing documentation for product approvals and certifications.
Professional competencies
  • Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, Nursing).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in medical device sales, preferably within the cardiovascular domain.
  • Strong understanding of cardiovascular anatomy, physiology, and related medical terminology.
  • Comfortable with medical equipment demonstrations and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborative mindset and willingness to work closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Personal competencies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional service to healthcare professionals.
